The hotel has cheap rooms complete with microwave, bathroom, prison beds. The location is particularly good and excellent, close to a bus stop. It is found in a very nice area.

Enjoyed our large and updated rooms, plus the staff was amiable. Its location at a walking distance from a distinctive tower was amazing and fantastic. The hotel itself was in a very very nice area, short walk to restaurants and buses as well as the pier and Financial district. The downstairs bar was a delightful surprise.

Had a modern and updated room with bathroom as well as prison beds, and I couldn't ask for more. Its location was indeed favourable and excellent and only 5 minutes walk from Chinatown. The accommodating staff was much appreciated.

There was elevator to be needed.

The place was fancy and rooms here were cheap. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for traveling around San Francisco, very close to the pier and Financial district and the downtown of San Francisco. Ate at House of Nanking, it's relatively near the venue.

The hotel was in an interesting area, adjacent to tourist sites, great restaurants, and Chinatown, Northbeach, Nob Hill, Russian Hill, The Wharf, Union Square. We got exceptionally clean and cheap room with bathroom, a bar, as for instance.

Really noisy area.

The place was fairly clean with an extremely helpful staff. Central location, brilliant base for discovering San Francisco. 25 km to the airport. A well-maintained and luxurious hotel, my first choice in San Francisco.

Neat and cheap room and bathroom with a roll-in shower. Had good a mini refrigerator and a chair. Btw, close to a bus stop...

Fancy hotel in a very nice area, the staff were supper friendly. Our queen room was complete with heating and bathroom, as for instance. The position was good, close to a bus stop. We liked staying 2 nights here.

There was something as elevator missing.

Particularly good and amazing location, in what may have been the "red light district " of SF as it was next to many strip clubs. And very close to downtown or the financial district, and local night life.

Good and incredible location central to the business district, good facilities. Easy check-in and late check-out, accommodating staff.

I was offered a room with stunningly beautiful views of city.

The location was marvellous and unbeatable, close to Transamerica Building. And the area was interesting, not far from nice bars, resturants and walking distance to pier 39, the wharf, lombard Street and coit Tower, Chinatown and lots of Italian restaurants as well as Beach Blanket Babylon Show Venue, and shops and restaurants.

Make sure to get queen room with juice, shower, for instance. The location is marvellous, the staff is amazingly nice and super-friendly.
